1. The service

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and you must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you text from.

3. How messages work

• You start every conversation. We reply to messages you send us.
• We do not send messages to a number that has not messaged us first.
• Automatic recurring messages — final-score alerts and the nightly digest — are sent only after you text a specific command requesting them, such as ALERT YANKEES or DIGEST ON.
• Message frequency varies based on the messages you send. Recurring alerts are typically 2–10 messages per week.

4. Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one confirmation and then stop messaging you. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help at any time.

5. Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are between you and your carrier, and we do not control or receive them.

If you purchase a subscription or prepaid message credit from us, the price and terms will be stated at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once credit has been used, and unused credit does not expire.

6. Accuracy of scores

Scores, schedules, statistics and other sports information are supplied by third-party data sources. This information may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We provide it as-is and make no guarantee of accuracy, timeliness, or availability.

Do not rely on this service where accuracy matters, including for any wagering, financial, or contractual purpose. We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information sent by the service.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and other parties outside our control.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to send automated or bulk messages to our number, or to resell, republish, or redistribute the information we send you. We may suspend or end service to any number that does so.

9. Intellectual property

Team names, league names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, or data provider.

10. Limitation of liability
